I suspect it probably is rain water that is leaking in onto the passenger side floor. There is a seal strip located above the cabin air filter that sometimes gets out of position when the cabin air filter is replaced. You need to have someone check the seal strip. It is under the hood, passenger side, and under the plastic cover below the windshield. You can get info on cabin air filter replacement at AutoZone or other auto supply stores.
