You all have help me in the past, I have explained to you that I am in college and barely making ends meet before, but things just keep getting tougher and my car is just not helping matters out for me. Back to my problem, the car starts fine and pulls out fine but after going a few feet if I step on the gas it seems the engine cuts out but nothing goes dim and it feels like the tranny might be slipping also when this happens my engine light has been on. It seems to do this after the engine and the temp gauge gets up to the proper temp.I know I will not be able to perform the work on my own car thats why I am turning to you to give me some adviced on the matter so I will not be taken when I decide to go to the garage. Thanks so much for your time

Doc I did go to the auto zone store, I did not get the code from them but they did tell me the code was for the number 1 fuel injector. Would this make my tranny feel like it is slipping after I start to pull out and accelerate or do you think I might have multiple promblems?

Need the car diagnosed using a scan tool to check engine and trans. Performance.
If trans is slipping it would set a code. An injector miss should not effect trans function. By it not having a problem until warmed up makes me think a sensor or control device is faulty. The scan tool will identify
