Bought used from dealer, only sometimes when sitting at a light the car will feel like its gonna stall or else kick. Brought it back for them to fix but after 2 days they found nothing wrong. Now my warranty is expired and its doing it more frequently. My rpms dont move when doing this but I noticed when driving my rpms go higher then they did before. Since no check engine light comes on no one seems to know what to check, any ideas?

Engine running rough or misfiring can be cause by the following:

1. Defective spark plug
2. Inadequate spark/coil, defective spark plug wire.
3. Lack of compression
4. False air leakage.
5. Faulty fuel injectors.
6. Insufficient fuel pressure.
7. Contaminated fuel.
8. EGR valve that is leaking.
9. Oxygen sensors.
10. Throttle position sensor.
11. Idle air control valve.
