2000 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi, I have a 2000 Cavalier with 250 000 kms on the motor, do you think it is worth it to sink money in her to fix her up or get a new one? I am the original owner and have been faithful on Maintenance!

What is needing repaired on it? 150k miles (250,000 kms) on a motor is really not too bad for a cavalier. These cars tend to run for a LONG time if maintenance is kept up properly. If no major repairs is needed then I would definitely keep the car and keep up the maintenance.

Hi thanks for the info, just a few small things need to be fixed, but was wondering if better to get rid of the car due to the mileage even though I don't really want too!

Well at this mileage the value price has already been reduced a lot so selling it now versus selling it with a little more mileage is not going to be that big of a difference. As far as repairing, like I said before I would just make the repairs and keep up maintenance because these cars tend to go a lot longer than what you currently have on it.
