2001 Chevy Cavalier explain codes

Noises problem
2001 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Is there anyone of you that know the codes. I had Auto Zone to do an dionogstic and the codes that came back were: P050, P0118 and P0440. I am not sure what I need to get fixed. Can anyone help me.

P050? Should have 4 numbers.

P0118 - Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor - High Voltage - ECT sensor most likely culprit

P0440 - EVAP System Leak Detected - Could be caused also by the faulty ECT sensor, also make sure fuel fill cap is tightened properly and not damaged

Thank you so much for your quick response. With these codes is seem that it is a fulty sensor or something to do with the air conditioning system is that correct? Also, I have a loud clinking noise someone told me it is the assembly pulley does that sound right?

ECT sensor is for the engine's cooling system, not the A/C system. Where is the noise coming from? When does it make the noise, i.E. Idling, driving, braking?

I have a picture of the place where the noise is coming from. It is a 2001 Chevy Cavalier an the noise is when I drive that I here the screech noise and a clicking noise. Someone told me it was the assembly pulley.

Pic is too close up to tell much but that is not a pulley what your pointing at
