I replaced the timing chain and the gaskets, it wants to crank over but it won't start. What could be the problem?

Hello,

If the timing is off you will have starting issue.

When you replaced the timing chain, if somehow the timing marks were not aligned then the vehicle will not start and the engine will out of sync to start successfully.

You do want to make sure that you are getting spark and fuel to the engine before you have to take everything apart to check the timing marks.
