Has highbeam and running lights. Lamp light flashes on dash but sometimes will go out if I turn light switch off and on. I put new bulbs in. Fuses seem to be ok. Dont know where relays would be. Also interrior roof ligt is out, but I havent checked bulb. I do know some about auto repair ; ihave changed a lot of motor but am no good at electric problems.

Voltage to the headlamps is hot all the time. In the diagram, the top wires at the headlamp are voltage, the bottoms wires are ground. On and off, bright and dim are controlled on the ground circuit. Your headlamp/dimmer switch is on the ground circuit. My first thought is that switch.

I don't know if you rectified this problem yet or not but yes the switch could be the problem, but there are wire splices behind the washer bottle and under the battery. Where I live the splices corrode quite a bit and sometimes battery acid leask out onto the connector and melts the connector
