96 Cavalier low beam and DTR lights don't work

1996 Cavalier, 165K mi. Low beams and DTR lights won't work. Hi beams, flashers, fog lamps, park lights, flashers all work fine. Had low-high switch and 1 headlight relay (driver side) replaced back in Sept '05 when I first had this problem. All wiring supposedly checked out ok then. Obviously something's not right. Any ideas?

No. The switch has already been replaced. Problem has been resolved, tho. Ground wire for low beams had bad connection. Thx
