1997 Chevy Cavalier Engine light just came on

After filling up I drove 15 miles to home and all was ok. When I started the car the next day it felt like it was missing shaking when idling and the CHECK Engine light came on. The radiator fan was running too, which usually does not.

Make sure your fuel cap is on tight. Take car to any autoparts store and get codes read.

Don't discount the possibility that you pumped in some bad gas.

Remove fuel filter and pour contents into clear container, if water is present, you will see it seperate in container.
