how to change o rings on the injectors?

Remove the intake manifold and pull out each injector from the ports and the fuel rail by pulling on them firmly.
then use a small screwdriver or a hook and pull of the old rings then lubricate the new ones with NON SILICON grease and slide them back on the injectors and snap back into place.
