my car shakes and loses power and smells like gas all the time. whats wrong with it?

Get the codes checked.
May be a fuel leak, may have a rich condition caused by various sources. Try to get a look at the pcm and look for corrosion or splitting of the case. It is located in the right front fender in front of the tire.
