Hi, having a problem with windsheild wipers, they come on and work fine then all of a sudden they start slowly dragging across the windsheild, sometimes they just stop and I keep going up and down on the control to get them down. Sometimes I shut the car off and shortly there after turn it back on and the wipers work again?

By the description that you are giving. It sounds like the wiper motor assembly is starting to fail. Overtime the motor and gearing inside begin to seize. You can remove the motor and take the cover off to see if there is moisture inside of it. Also check to make sure the wiper mechanism is not binding once the motor is out.

I would suggest inspecting it before buying the motor.
