Have a 95 chevy caprice wagon 5.7 v8 mpi engine. The problem is hard to start when engine is cold.
starts fine when engine is warm. Runs fine once started. Any suggestions. Had complete tune up 15,000 miles ago. Car has 130,000 miles on it.

maybe fuel pump?
fuel regulator?
fuel filter?
Modulator?

Sounds fuel related-okay check the coolant temperture sensor could be acting up it takes the place of a choke on a carbuerator for initial starts, also check out the fuel filter/air filter.
