chevy caprice

have a 95 chevy caprice wagon 5.7 v8 mpi engine. the problem is hard to start when engine is cold.
starts fine when engine is warm . runs fine once started . any suggestions. had complete tune up 15,000 miles ago . car has 130,000 miles on it.

maybe fuel pump?
fuel regulator?
fuel filter??
Modulator???

Sounds fuel related-okay check the coolant temperture sensor could be acting up it takes the place of a choke on a carbuerator for initial starts, also check out the fuel filter/air filter.
