1994 Chevrolet Blazer Repair Question

My 94 S10 blazer idles real high?
I have only had it a year, it has always idled alittle higher than normal. Now it idles so high I am scared to drive it. It doesn't kick down at all. I have had the EGR valve cleaned and replaced, an IAC replaced also. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Check for troublecodes, anything? On a speed density system, a vacuum leak can cause the idle to go high. When I replace an IAC valve, I take the throttlebody off and give all the passages a good cleaning. Make sure the throttle valve is closing. On a cold engine, the CTS might be an issue, I'm not saying replace it.
