Help please 2001 Blazer

When I first start it each day no matter what time of day or temp out side ac works great it will freeze you out of the blazer and works forever if you dont shut the motor off. If you shut the motor off it wont ingage till 2-4 hrs later or next day.

I kind of get the question but I need more info, if the fan not coming on or is the compressor not engaging or it just doesnt get cold

Its either and electrical problem or the compressor
