1987 Chevy Blazer fuel injection does not prime when cold

my truck wont prime it self when cold has no fuel have to crank it for long time befor it starts

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay -test the coolant temperature sensor, fuel pump relay and fuel pump and oil pressure sending unit-

Check the circuits at the fuel pump relay. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. If the pump only gets voltage through the o/p switch, it will be an extended crank. Any applicable mil codes?
