I have not driven my blazer for sometime. The battery went dead and I replaced with a new one. While driving, it will just die, electrial will remain on but engine quits. I can restart it but a block away it will die and so on and so on.

I'm going to put on a new fuel filter. Anybody have same issue or know what to check next.

Thanks

Try the filter. If that doesn't work, check fuel pump pressure to make sure it isn't low. Let me know what you find.

Can you tell me where the fuel filter location is on the 2002 Blazer. I bought the online repair manual as you suggested and it is not mentioned there as well as I find very difficut to use. I would not recommend it myself.

Thanks in advance for the answer.

Hi:
Sorry I didn't get back sooner. I had another extended say in the hospital.

I believe the fuel filter is along the frame rail on the driver's side.

Let me know if this helps.
