I am getting squeaking noises from the drivers front left side when I hit a bump or going over a speed bump for example what possible things could this be related too?

Sounds like suspension issues. Probably need new shocks/springs. Also check wheel bearings and ball joints just to be safe. These components will usually cause vibrations as well during driving if they are faulty so if no vibrations, suspect worn shocks/springs.

Hope this helps.
