Lost the clicker for the car alarm, now the car won't start?

We lost the clicker for the car alarm, we set it off, now the car won't start. We are stranded 2 hrs from home. Could you help us now?

Hello,

Many times if you disconnect the negative battery cable and reconnect after a minute the system resets. When that happens you will be able to start the vehicle.

Also there should be a car alarm fuse in the fuse box under the hood. You can disconnect that as well to disable to alarm.
