1996 Chevy Blazer High fuel consumption

I think my car has a high fuel consumption and I want to kmow what are the possible reasons for that and any suggested solutions for this problem.

My car drives 4 Km for 1 liter in the city

Well if my math is correct your numbers work out to about 9 MPG. The problem with city mileage is HOW do YOU drive. If you are constantly stomping the throttle and then the brake you can really kill mileage.
The normal mileage for the 97 I have runs about 18MPG city if I do my part. Long distance I can get 22+ without a lot of effort.
The 02 gets about the same.

I would suggest a GOOD tune up, plugs, wire, cap, rotor fuel system cleaning. Change the O2 sensors if they are sluggish. Also run a back pressure test on the exhaust to see if you have a partly clogged exhaust or cat.
