I have a 2002 chevy blazer 4x4 4.3L and I am getting 8 miles a gallon, no smoke and dosent smell rich and has a smooth idle but when driving down the road it feels like I am pulling a trailor. And when I let off the gas my truck dosent "coast" like it should, it feels like somethings holding my truck back PLEASE HELP what can I do to check out why I am getting such horrible gas mileage?

Are your rpm's going unusually high when you accelerate? Is the Check Engine light on? Your catalytic converter may be clogged. Try taking to a muffler shop and seeing if it's the catalytic converter.

You may want to check to make sure no brakes are sticking.
