I can jump start the car but get nothing after I've started & run it for awhile. Used battery tester & it comes back Ok, cleaned terminals but get no click, nothing if its not being jump started. Does this mean I need to change the alternator or could it be something else. Car runs well otherwise. Thanks for any help.

Replace the baqttery terminal ends at the battery posts. You must be losing voltage there. You can cut them off and install universal ends for about 2 bucks. Hope this helps
