OK, car first hestitated and then just stopped. Figured it was the starter. Took it out, replaced, and had to replace battery. Both were dead. But, now it still won't turn over. What else could it be. Alternator maybe?

Is the car cranking *trying to start but not turning over* or does it just sit there and click?

If the car died out on you while driving it is not the starter that was bad. Check for fuel pressure and spark at the #1 cylinder.

No, it worked one day, but did hesitate to start and then when I went to start it the next morning. It just clicked. Starter and battery were dead. Checked and replaced. Clicked and then seemed like it wanted to turn over and then. Nothing.

Thanks for the feedback. Eddie

To me it sounds like you have a bad starter relay or a corroded/loose connection somewhere.
