still only cold the passenger side

On my truck the a/c - heater. On the driver side doesn't want to blow hot only cold I changed the control unit and still only cold the passenger side will blow cold and hot so what could this be. Thank you

This sounds like a blend door issue so that means we need to start with checking this by removing it and moving the door manually. If it is able to get cold, then the actuator is likely the issue.
