Suspension problem
1998 Chevy Astro 6 cyl Automatic 154000 miles

the front wheels of my Astro van have play in the idler arms. Can the play be adjusted by tighting the nuts or do the arms have to be completely replaced?

Thank you for your quick response. Can I replace them myself or do I need special tools to remove the old ones and install the new ones? Do I have to remove or adjust any thing else in the suspension to accomplish this?

You can do it yourself. No special tools except for a pickle fork to remove it from the center link. You will not need to adjust alignment as this part is not adjustable so it wont mess up alignment specs.
