When i'm at a stop with my foot on the break pedal & press down on it a little harded and or turn the steering wheel a little bit the engine boggs down real bad like its going to die what could cause this to happen tried almost everything

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

No check light and the fuel pump was changed we are leaning on the power steering pump/brake booster?

It could be a vacuum leak. Check the hose to the booster and vacuum test the brake booster.
