I am taking my car to the dealership to have fluid checked. How will they check the fluid and what questions should I ask about the procedure? I know that it has to be at a certain temperature to be checked. Thank you

Hello,

On this vehicle there is a check plug on the transmission case. In order to access that plug you will have to first remove the under cover of the vehicle.
The fluid level should be at the opening of the plug or about 0.5 mm below.
And the vehicle has to be leveled.
If the fluid needs to be added, then you will have to add till it drips out of the hole.

I have attached the fluid checking procedure below.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
