I drove through water on the road when the streets were flooding in my neighborhood. Immediately afterwards the check engine light and the traction light came on. They turn on and off intermittently but are on longer than they are off. I have replaced the oxygen sensors on the vehicle and no changes in behavior. I have replaced the accelerator pedal sensor and there is no change to the vehicles behavior.

Yep, flood problems can cause electronics to get wet and go out. We need to run the codes to see what's going on. I suggest a CAN scan which is easy to do. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon from about $32.00.

here is a video to show you how:

Amazon CAN scanner Link.

Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Thanks for the quick response, Ken! I have the following codes show up.
P0138
C1201
C2173.
I also added pictures of the codes on the scanner.

Okay, the oxygen sensor behind the catalytic converter must have gotten wet and popped the internal heater. Here is the location so you can change it out, the other code is for the turbine sensor which we could change out as well if the codes return after clearing and the oxygen sensor replacement. Here are both sensor locations. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
