It started just randomly bogging down and if I tried to give it gas it would accelerate really fast. I replaced the throttle position sensor on before I changed it I could go over 10 MPH after changing it still has a rough idle, but if I give it gas it will rev up unlike before. The service engine light is on and when I try and move the car the light starts flashing.

Hello,

It sounds like your vehicle having an issue being in the limp mode/low power mode.
The most common causes of limp mode is faulty throttle actuator/throttle body.

Have you scanned the vehicle for trouble codes? As your engine light is illuminated, there should be trouble code(s).
If possible you can take it to your local auto parts store and they can scan it for you and provide you the codes.

Knowing the trouble codes can help with the diagnostics.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
