Car wants to stall when going uphill.

Have gone through and replaced idle sensor, spark plugs, wires, fuel and air filter cleaned and reinstalled EGR valve with new gasket did compression test and vacuum leak test everything good idles correctly now but still wants to stall when going uphill and poor gas mileage need to smog in a few weeks. Help!

This sounds like the fuel pump is going out, here is a guide to help you make sure.
