Was driving car started losing power pulled over car would not back up when put in reverse after I turn the car if fir five minutes and crank it back up it will drive in drive but once I got home turned the dear back on and put it in drive or reverse it want move at all Mt transmission reading is on 66% what's wrong with my car

It sounds like you have transmission issues.

How long since you changed the oil/filter in the transmission?

I would start there as it may have a clogged filter in the transmission.
