Hesitates on take off and backfires

New distributor, rotor, wires, cap, plugs, idle air control valve, map sensor, TPS, oxygen sensor, knock sensor, timing set on point. Starts but when I give it gas hesitates on take off and backfires. Help.

Good morning,

I would start by checking the compression. It will tell us if the engine is internally food and if the valve timing is correct.
