Can a loose tie rod adjusting sleeve cause quick wear on the radius arm bushing

The mechanic who did the alignment on my truck didn't tighten one of the tie rod adjusting sleeves properly. Can this cause quick wear on the radius arm bushing?
What if any other damages can this cause if not taking care of immediately?

Good morning,

No, it cannot.

It could change the toe in adjustment if it turned which would change the position of the steering wheel.

If you have bad radius arm bushings, the front end cannot be aligned properly.

Can you give me some history on this?
