I have a 1999 ford ranger and there is what appears to be what looks like a tire stem in the rear bumper it has a littlie line that runs to a canaster that is right in front of the spare tire and it has two lines that that come from it each going to the r

THIS IS PROBABLY AFTERMARKET "AIR SHOCKS"
INCREASING OR DECREASING THE PRESSURE MAY MAKE IT RIDE BETTER, OR HELP SAG WHEN LOADED DOWN
IF YOU CAN FIND A NAME SOMEWHERE, YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN INSTRUCTIONS ON USE....TOO MUCH AIR MAY DAMAGE IT, IF YOU ARE TRYING TO "WING IT"
