Can a front wheel bearing be replaced or does the whole hub assembly?

My right front tire is making that tell-tale annoying noise that indicates a wheel bearing is functioning on borrowed time. I went to parts store and got an inside wheel bearing, but then it dawned on me that the hub and bearing may be all one unit? I don't think the guys at the auto parts place would have sold be just the bearing if that was the case, but on the off chance they would I wanted to ask a source I trust, and you guys have helped me countless times and I trust the advice and know-how you provide.

Hi,

The front wheel bearing is in the steering knuckle and is replaceable. You don't have to purchase an entire hub.

If you look at pic 1 below, I highlighted the parts that will be removed, inspected, and replaced with new parts.

The remaining pics are the procedures for removal and replacement. Take a look through them and let me know if you have questions or if there is something I can help with

Take care,

Joe

Thank you so much! You guys are awesome and have never failed to help me any time I have a new mechanic-type issue! I have learned just to go straight to you guys when I am facing a new challenge since most people doubt my capabilities because I am girl and don't think I can do it. Well, because of the help I have gotten through this website, I have successfully fixed a number of things on my cars over the years, including replacing a timing belt! So, thanks! You are appreciated.
