MY MONEY IS ON THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR, TAKE THE ENGINE COVER OFF CYCLE THE ENGINE OFF & ON TO PRESSURIZE THE SYSTEM WAIT A WHILE & CHECKED THE HOSE THAT IS CONECTED TO THE FUEL RAIL, IT WILL PROBABLE HAVE SOME FUEL IN IT.
