1992 Cadillac El Dorado Repair Question

1992 Cadillac Eldorado 4.9L
I have having to put coolant in my engine OFTEN for years now. Pressure test showed no leaks? I have been getting some 'oily gunk' on my radiator cap. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

it looks like oil, or maybe some really old antifreeze.
have you tried flushing your cooling system?
I've been having to add antifreeze to mine often too, I don't have any sludge yet, let me know what you find out.
