I have an "83 El Dorado that is leaking coolant from the back of the block on the passengers side. I thought it was from the heater hose but upon further inspection it looks like it's comming from the head gasket. The area is right between where the engine block and the cylinder head meet. Is there a way to repair this without disassembling the exhaust and taking the head off? I wish I coiuld get a camera in there to take a picture but it's just too tight. Anyway, any advise you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

If certain leak comming between head and block then removal of head and gasket replacement is needed. Take a look at the core plugs aka freeze plugs in block behind exhaust.
