I have a 2002 Deville what problems will I have if I dont fix the air injection pump? And when the Cat converter gets hot the car has a very bad shake

Hi:
Are you refering to the fuel injector pump? If it's bad, the engine will eventually not run. As far as the converter, if it's plugged, you should replace it. It can cause several types of problems.
