Where is it located at? In the deck lid or the rear window?

IT is located in deck lid on my 2000 deville It is a long lcd light about 31" by 2" width. Fuse is good. Now trying how to find out if lamp is good.

If its not on check it for power, but if 1 light is out the whole thing has to be replaced
