MY instrument panel is not working- I still have avg mileage- miles left- ac works- but he main electronic dashboard is not working- I made sure that he10a fuses in the trunk for the console cluster are good - my info system won't display

You would have to check power and ground at the cluster, but it sounds like the cluster is at fault if part of it is working. If the vehicle starts and runs, the cluster is still alive and functioning, it is just a display(VF) issue. The cluster stores the theft password for fuel enable.
