Car have power but will not turn over it dont make no sound when you try and turn it over what could be the problrm check all fuse and relay

Could be the starter, could even be a theft problem. You would need to first check the signal to the starter, there is a connector at the front of the rear bank of cylinders. Disconnect that, and with a test light to ground, check for a light on the purple wire(harness side) when in crank position. If you have a light, more than likely you have a starter fault.
