I have a 1996 cadillac deville with a northstar engine. I bought it recently really cheap. Basically I paid for the body. So ive been told that it needs a new motor. But recently someone suggested just having the head gaskets changed what do you think

Yes it has been to a mechanic. I will be getting a motor dropped in.
