Hi how are you doing I have a 1993 Cadillac Deville 4.9 and about for about four months now since I had my transmission rebuilt at 43mph as soon as the transmission shifts it jerks then hesitates a lil bit then smooths out this is really bothering me everything is new wires, plugs fuel pressure is good new egr new fuel filter, new tps everythng and ammco keeps telling me it's not a trans problem and i know it is.

at that shift point the engine and tranny are in 1 to 1 engine ration, whaen was your last new set of plugs and wires? 02 sensors? and MAF sensor, all can cause this...even a small vacuum leak can.

hey thanks for responding so quickly i just picked up the car out of the aamco today it got new plugs and wires yesterday new egr about 3 months ago ne o2 sensor 3 months ago and m gonna put al new vacuum lines on the car soon the car don't have a maf sensor it has a map sensor and i haven't changed that yet.

Did they put in a new torque converter. You might try disconnecting the electrical connection at the trans and driving it. This would prevent the torque converter clutch from applying, see if the problem goes away.
