1992 Cadillac Deville Shaking at over 65 mph

Shaking is intermittent and varies in intensity. Tires are new (have been balanced) with recent alignment. Front ball joints, tie rod ends and rack have been replaced. Any ideas as to what could be causing the shakes?

If the rpms are above normal the most likely problem is a vacuum leak at the intake side of the engine. This condition will also typically cause a rough running situation at idle.
