We have a 1998 Cadillac deVille Concours that has been meticulously maintained. Recently, the car has begun to stall when making a turn at very low speed rates. The stalling, so far, has only occured at those moments and can be avoided if it is put in neutral and the engine revved while waiting. Our mechanic has no idea of what is going on and cannot seem to find the answer nor fix the problem. Any ideas as to what is going on?

Sounds liek it may be aproblem with the Idle Speed Control Motor. First try cleaning out the throttle bore with carb cleaner and a rag, then remove the ISC motor and clean it as well. This may work, but sometimes the ISC motors get slow to react and wont set failure codes due to the fact they still work
