I have a 92 roadmaster sedan, if the wagon filter is in the same place? Under the vehicle-- passenger side-- toward the rear-- inside frame-rail. Quick connect filter, the autostore sell a tool to remove. Make sure no pressure on the system before you take it loose. Usually after overnight sit, without the key being cycled, not much pressure. TBI isn't much pressure to begin with. If you use a drop lite, don't lay it where gas can get to it.
