1995 Buick Regal AC clutch not engaging

I have checked the freon and it is ok, I have checked the continuity of the clutch and it is ok where do I look next

There is a cyclepressure switch located by the evaporator. It will have 2 wires going to it an dit's aorund switch. Check there by jumping the wires to see if the clutch works. It should as long as the a/c is on. If you want apply poer to one side ofn the switch and see if it comes out the other side. If it does it should be good. Then it might be a relay or the control switch.
