1992 Buick Regal front struts

Trying to remove front strut and replace. Having troble removing cap.

First thing you must do is remove the bolts from the lower part, then the three screws from the upper mount, DO NOT remove that large nut in the middle without the strut removed from the car and the spring COMPRESSED with a spring compressor. SERIUOS injury or DEATH can result, Kepp your face clear of the top prat of the strut, use and air gun and remove the nut only after the pressure has been relieved by the compressor.
