Where is the heating and air conditioning control modulur located? How do I test it?

There are 5 relays and 5 fuses, 1 a/c temperature control valve, 1 a/c solenoid switch assembly and the biggy is the PCM ( power train control module ) that can affect the air/heat system. Have you exhausted the check on these items.

Need more information to help with the particular problem. I'm not sure what problem is!

The PCM is typically located in the front left hand corner of the engine compartment. Fuses and relays are in blocks under hood and dash.
